After learning Tai Chi from Chinese masters in the early 1980s, Dr Chen has maintained a daily Tai Chi routine for 28 years. As a Chinese medicine doctor from China, he uses Tai Chi to help patients recover from all types of health concerns. Part-time instruction of Tai Chi has been his hobby for over 20 years.
