Executive Chef Dana Reinhardt,

Dana Reinhardt’s first restaurant was the Cellar Door at Sumac Ridge Winery. Since then, she worked as a chef in London, England before returning to Vancouver, where she worked at the prestigious Raincity Grill and Lumiere. In 2004, Dana opened CRU to numerous accolades, including one of the “Best New Restaurants in Canada” awards by enRoute Magazine. CRU’s unique wine and food pairing menu has since been widely adopted by fine restaurants across Vancouver. Dana now owns SOL Kitchen, a food and hospitality consulting company, and works with restaurant and food-related companies across Canada. She is also the Executive Chef for Windset Farms. Dana is committed to producing fresh, regional and responsible cuisine.
